The following data may be collected through the diagnosis form:

• Name, email address, phone number, postcode / city: MURSAIN can respond to your request and contact you.
• Description of the observed issues, construction period, profile: to carry out an initial remote diagnosis.
• Photos of the issues: to illustrate moisture problems and refine the diagnosis.

Legal basis: ENELOC SARL's legitimate interest in responding to contact and diagnosis requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b)).

3. Retention period

Data collected via the form is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

4. Recipients and processors

The data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be transmitted to the following technical processors, strictly within the scope of their mission:

• Vercel Inc. (site hosting - San Francisco, United States): transfer outside the EU governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

5. Cookies and analytics trackers

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure its audience anonymously. These analytics cookies are only set after your explicit consent, collected through the banner displayed during your first visit.
